We are seeking to recruit a multi-skilled tradesperson for permanent full-time employment. We are looking for someone who is reliable and wants to join our dedicated team. All necessary training will be offered to the successful candidate.
You will be required to work both as a team and alone. You must be able to work on your own initiative but must also be willing to assist colleagues with tasks whenever required. The successful candidate will be put forward for professional training and qualifications on courses run by the Property Care Association in Huntingdon and attend courses at their Cambridgeshire training centre.
This is a multi-skilled role and you would be required to undertake the following tasks:
· Structural waterproofing including installation of sumps/pumps and tanking systems (training provided)
· Other manual tasks expected of a competent manual worker
