About our Sheffield Team

We are independent structural waterproofing specialists established in Sheffield since 2012 and covering South Yorkshire and the North East Midlands.  Our surveyors and technicians are qualified through the Property Care Association (PCA) and hold CSSW and CSRT qualifications.   

Our Services

Our services across the Sheffield region range from retro-fit basement conversions to complete new builds for both private and commercial clients.  Our work includes tanking swimming pools, sprinkler tanks and lift pits, waterproofing podium decks and installing radon and ground gas protection systems. 

We work closely with architects, building contractors and developers to make sure the correct specifications are in place at the design stage to ensure our waterproofing systems comply with BS  8102-2009 and meet the requirements of warranty providers. 

Our most recent projects have seen us work with developers to complete below ground waterproofing for new build houses at Sheffield landmark locations at the former Hallam Towers and Baldwin’s Omega sites.

Our Recycling and Environmental Commitment

As members of the Newton Recycling Service, we are dedicated to reducing waste in Sheffield and the surrounding area. All unused membranes and plastic containers are returned to Newton Waterproofing for recycling, and our performance is monitored and recorded under the scheme.

We are proud to offer a 10-year guarantee for all of our projects in Sheffield, backed by a third-party insurance guarantee through our membership with the PCA. This provides our clients with added peace of mind knowing that their projects are in capable hands.
